ENE comments to the Maine PUC on the draft Interim Plan outline that would guide the Energy and Carbon Savings Trust in allocating budgets and distributing funds in the period between now and the time the first Triennial Plan takes effect.
ENE commented on this and other dockets related to implementing RGGI in Maine and to the goal of enabling the RGGI program to bring cost-savings to state energy consumers as quickly and responsibly as possible.
